HOW IT WORKSFrom your doctor’s order to laboratory drop-off.01 — Your doctor orders the tests
Your doctor gives you a lab order or script and notifies you that a blood draw is needed. The office sends the requisition directly to Trustline through the arranged secure channel.02 — You schedule and pay
Once you have your lab order, visit Trustline’s Square booking site to schedule and pay for your at-home blood draw. You can book without waiting for Trustline to confirm receipt of the requisition.03 — Trustline coordinates and collects
We obtain the requisition directly from your doctor’s office. If it has not arrived, we contact you for the ordering office’s details and follow up with the office. We confirm the paperwork, collection requirements, and visit details before drawing blood at your home or approved care setting.04 — We deliver to the laboratory
Specimens are dropped off at the nearest appropriate laboratory that accepts the requisition, following the laboratory’s handling requirements.05 — Your doctor’s office receives an update
Trustline notifies the office after collection and laboratory drop-off. The laboratory performs testing and provides results through its usual process.
